By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or identified security risks.
3. Shipping & Fulfilment
Origin: All orders are dispatched directly from our operational facility in Dresden, Germany.
Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery typically ranges from 4 to 8 days. These estimates are subject to carrier conditions and customs processing for international orders.
Risk of Loss: In accordance with EU Consumer Law, the risk of loss or damage remains with Vertragsfix GmbH until the goods are physically delivered to the customer or a designated third party.
